Dragon Welcome Weekend is designed to help new students feel at home at Moorhead. It’s your chance to explore campus, build connections, and start your college journey with confidence.
The activities throughout Dragon Welcome Weekend aren’t solo events—you’ll experience them with a group of about 30 new students, all led by one of our awesome First Year Mentors. You’ll meet your mentor at the Meet Your Mentor session, where they’ll help you get to know your group, explain the schedule, and guide you through each event together. It’s all about building connections, having fun, and starting your college journey as a team!
