I have an extensive practical application of the field of finance both in the area of personal finance, corporate finance and financial institutions. I have taught successfully at both the undergraduate and graduate levels in the area of finance and entrepreneurship. Industrial Engineering 1990 Bio: Eduardo Pablo is Professor of Finance at the Paseka School of Business, Minnesota State University Moorhead. He has a vast experience analyzing emerging markets and teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in finance. Before moving to United States, he worked at EGADE – ITESM in Monterrey, Mexico (2003 – 2005) and at IESA in Caracas, Venezuela (2001 – 2003 and 2005 – 2010). Before becoming a professor at MSUM, Eduardo worked as a Clinical Professor at the A.B. Freeman School of Business, Tulane University. During summer time, he collaborates with other U.S. and Latin American universities teaching and doing research abroad. His main research interests are related to (1) corporate governance, (2) dividend policy, and (3) the analysis of mergers and acquisitions and other ways to organize the economic activity.
