Certificate in Jazz

The Minnesota State Moorhead Certificate in Jazz is designed for Music Education students preparing for careers in teaching. The program allows students to receive additional training in Jazz, to enhance their music education training, and prepare more comprehensively for duties often required in secondary school teaching.

  • MUS 372 Commercial/Jazz Arranging (2)
  • MUS 320I/MUS 330I or MUS 320J/MUS 330J Jazz Ensemble or Jazz Combo (1) *MUST BE TAKEN TWICE
